The following are the guild rules:

1) We are a drama free guild!! If you bring drama to the guild or create drama within the guild you will be removed from the guild.

2) The guild bank is there to provide materials and resources for raids and raid progression. Do not ask officers for materials from the bank for personal use (ie. 5 man runs or pvp).

3) There are five officers and a GM if you have questions or concerns about the guild ask them

Officers: Timefactor, Supergirl, Solexi, Princessed, and Kataleana
GM: Pred/Predattor

4) The officers and GM will lead raids. Unless you have been specifically asked or you personally ask do not run raids, as it saves people to raid instances and causes issues when setting up groups.

5) Give your respect to the people running the raids. It is not an easy task, but if you have something to suggest please do so in a whisper or over vent.

6) Raid loot will be distributed through the loot council (officers and guild master). This means that the officers and guild master will decide who the loot will go to. Once the decision is made there is to be no open discussion about the distribution of loot. If you have an issue talk to an officer or the GM privately to have the issue resolved. AT NO TIME WILL THE OFFICERS OR GM TOLERATE OPEN CRITICISM OF THE LOOT COUNCIL'S DECISION, WHETHER IN RAID CHAT OR GUILD CHAT.

7) Ninja'ing will not be tollerated in Nightbane. We (Predand officers) understand mistakes happen. IF you are accused of ninja'ing loot in an instance and it can be proven that it did occur, you have two options: return said item or you will be removed from the guild. No exceptions will be made
